Finance and Insurance Products Manager (F & I)
National Lenders General Agency is growing, and we are looking to add to our team!
National Lenders is an F & I Products provider and a licensed insurance and risk management agency with headquarters in the Clearlake area of Houston, Texas. As a general agency, we offer F & I products nationwide to dealerships, including Service Contracts, GAP, Limited Warranty, Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI), and much more. We offer aggressive compensation, including commissions, generous benefits, a weekday work schedule with office hours between 8 and 6, and ample opportunity for professional growth. Finance and Insurance Products Manager duties and responsibilities

- Dealership Onboarding – taking the lead on new clients from our sales team to onboard dealerships who wish to sign up for our F&I products.
- Prepare and distribute the dealership document package for DocuSign signatures.
- New client engagement – scheduling & conducting dealership onboard calls to review documents & processes.
- Initial and ongoing training of dealership F&I staff on our products as needed.
- Training dealers how to submit / register service contracts through their DMS directly or by other software (Stone Eagle, F&I Sentinel etc.).
- Ongoing dealership sales penetration follow up and dealer service.
- Follow Up with National Lenders sales team.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills to help dealerships onboard seamlessly.
- Strong sales and closing skills to boost sales penetration at the dealership.
- Automobile or F & I Products sales industry experience and knowledge.

Staff Accountant – National Lenders General Agency
National Lenders General Agency is a rapidly growing risk management solutions group servicing independent automotive dealerships and finance companies for their insurance needs, specializing in force-placed Collateral Protection Insurance “CPI”. The company is headquartered in Houston, Texas. National Lenders is part of MEI Group USA, with Headquarters in Arlington, TX. The Staff Accountant is responsible for performing daily bank reconciliation, preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, reviewing expense accounts, creating and maintaining periodic reporting, and maintaining the fixed asset system. The accountant also assists the Controller in preparing miscellaneous confidential correspondence.
Responsibilities

- Assist with monthly accruals and journal entries
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Perform general cost accounting and other related duties for the company
- Reconcile accounts and close the monthly books
- Reconcile cash disbursement accounts
- Properly record all transactions in the accounting system and accounts are reconciled with bank statements and transactions daily in QuickBooks
- Verify transactions are charged to the appropriate accounts
- Perform month-end intercompany reconciliations and payment offsets with related companies
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- A bachelor’s degree in accounting is required
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related business area
- Proficient in spreadsheet software (Excel) and QuickBooks Accounting Software knowledge
- Must be detail-oriented
- Strong organization and communications skills
- Must have the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks, work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Experience in the Automotive and/or Insurance industries is a plus.
